Hearing

Us after our September @primamag photoshoot. Me still in my dress they had for me for the shoot. Coraline back in her own clothes.

We had Coraline’s Audiology appointment this morning and they said her hearing is perfect and she has no glue ear (even though she has a cold). They said they will see her again in a year! We were so thrilled.

A rice cracker ensured she sat really still for the final tests at the end today.

We have been going every few months as results were inconclusive and I didn’t quite understand the results before. This one I understand! Children with Down’s syndrome have regular hearing checks due to the possibility of hearing loss.

Coraline swayed in her car seat to “You win again” and “Super trouper” on the radio on our drive home.

Whatever the appointment we will always be by Coraline’s side.
